I came upon a cute place by Brooklyn College. It is a 4-5BR house with nice expansive interior, a driveway and some outdoor space. Have you dreamed of co-living? This place has 4-5BRs and lots of common space making it a great co-living space. Probs equidistant to Q and 2/5 trains. I have been living in/running a co-living house for 10 years but it was sold. I've already spoken to the owner of this house and will see it this week. It is available October 1-ish. Rent would be about $1500/pp depending on room size (give or take).
