I don't drink but don't mind if others do. I am super motivated to stay here since I've grown to love Brooklyn and spend every day in Prospect Park. Apartment vibes: my roommate was also a therapist, so the place has been quiet. The kitchen/living room is cozy and a great place to hang, work, watch TV.
