hi everyone, my husband and i wanna move to nyc next year around august. we don’t have a job in nyc yet - we are moving because i do musical theater and wanna give nyc a shot. that being said we need to be somewhere that’s max. 40min commute from times square and surrounding areas. we currently pay $2300 a month for a 1bed in boston. we are wanting to stay around the same price per month and are also open to being in a studio that’s big enough for two people (he’s 6’8 so small spaces don’t work too well for him lol). this also may be unrealistic but i would like a bit of a fancier building, or…
